You have two options.
You can email yourself a copy of the link from the SMS you received and then access the video directly on a computer. Or the alternative is to download the Apple shortcuts app, and follow the simple instructions below.
Click this from your iOS device 
These steps will only need to be completed once. Please ensure you have downloaded the Shortcuts app above before beginning.
● Click on this link to launch the page pictured
● Click ‘Open’ on the popup
● Click ‘Get Started’ to open the Safari Download Video shortcut
● By clicking ‘Done’ in the top right hand corner, the shortcut will be saved
● After clicking the link, the video should start playing in Safari on your phone
● Click the share button(square with outward pointing arrow) at the bottom of the screen
● On the bottom menu, scroll across and click the ‘More’ button
● Scroll down until you see the ‘Shortcuts’ option and turn this on
● Select ‘Done’
After completing the above steps, you will only be required to complete the next steps each time you wish to download a video
● Click the share button on the safari page showing your video
● Scroll across until you see the ‘shortcuts’ option and click this
● If you have successfully completed setup, you should see the ‘Safari Download Video’ shortcut. Click on this to run it.
● Scroll across until you see the ‘shortcuts’ option and click this
● After accepting prompts related to accessing your video library and launching a web shortcut, you will see this screen
● As the shortcut runs, the ‘Get Contents of URL’ bar will show the progress.
● Your video library will automatically open, with your downloaded video ready to share or post.
