On Sunday 25 April, Place Real Estate conducted a Super Sunday of livestreamed open home inspections on Gavl.

The results were a stunning success, with over 1000 buyers ‘virtually’ taken through properties and 200 private inspections booked directly following.

The Place Real Estate network aren’t resting on their laurels in these incredibly tough times.

In addition to still running digital only auctions when the sale warrants it, including selling to a Gavl bidder for 9 Carter Street, Northgate, Place have been one of the first real estate networks to embrace livestreamed open home inspections.

Last weekend Place inspections saw over 400 potential buyers virtually walk through their properties. This week, with over 170 inspections scheduled, we are expecting another 1000 attendees.
